Ojasvi gazed at Damon, fear evident in her eyes. Despite her heartfelt apology, there was no trace of sympathy from him; his intimidating presence sent shivers down her spine. Just days ago at the restaurant, he had seemed different—more approachable, perhaps even charming—but now he was genuinely frightening. The memory of their last encounter, filled with laughter and shared stories, felt like a distant dream, overshadowed by the tension that now hung in the air like a thick fog. She glanced around, hoping for a witness to her distress, but the empty hallway only heightened her anxiety, amplifying the sense of isolation that enveloped her. She never imagined she would accidentally strike someone again, let alone someone like Damon, whose reputation loomed large over the company.
